PANCHKULA: The crime research organization (CIA) has arrested a Haryana resident on the price of stealing the Toyota Fortuner car of a sitting legislator of Uttar Pradesh and claimed to have solved 4 cases of luxurious-automobile theft with it.
Accused Robin Rahul of Jawahar Nagar, Hisar was arrested from Gurgaon. He was out on bail in one of the car-theft instances registered in Noida, even though he has more than 28 cases lodged against him in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Punjab place.
